IN-STORE Returns Policy
Shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds. Returned items must be unworn with price tags still attached. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
ONLINE Returns Policy
Shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving the order. No monetary refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached; shoes must be returned in their original box. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, jewelry, accessories, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
If you need to return an item, either give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll help you with the process. As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will try our best to accommodate you! Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Shipping
We will ship anywhere within the continental United States for a flat rate of $16, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Shipping will take between 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. FINAL SALE items can take up to 14 business days from date of purchase.
Once a package is out of our hands and with a carrier, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods.
