IN-STORE Returns Policy
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds. Returned items must be unworn with price tags still attached. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! If an item doesn’t work, you can return it for a store credit or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase-customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached; shoes must be returned in their original box. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will try our best to accommodate you! Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $10, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion.
After your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number for your packages. Please note that delivery time will vary based on your location.
